Security Policy

RoomSolve recognises the importance of protecting property, tenant, account and payment-related information.

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure of information.

Security measures may include secure connections when information is transmitted, controlled access to administrative functions, authentication controls, access restrictions, system monitoring and appropriate use of third-party infrastructure and payment providers.

Payment-card information processed directly by an external payment gateway is subject to the security arrangements of the applicable payment provider.

RoomSolve users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should immediately contact us if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
