Payment Policy

RoomSolve subscription prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Before completing a payment, customers will be shown the applicable subscription, billing period and total amount payable.

Online payments may be processed through an authorised third-party payment gateway, including Razorpay Curlec where available.

By confirming a transaction, the customer authorises the applicable payment service provider to process the payment according to the payment method selected.

Where recurring billing is selected, the applicable subscription amount may be charged according to the customer’s selected billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled.

RoomSolve does not request customers to provide complete debit-card or credit-card details through WhatsApp or email.

Payment confirmation or transaction information may be retained by RoomSolve for accounting, subscription administration, fraud prevention and customer-support purposes.

Failed or declined payments may result in the relevant subscription remaining inactive or being temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed.
