What counts as one property?
One property refers to one house, condominium, apartment or rental address registered under the owner's RoomSolve portfolio.
Do I pay for every tenant?
No. RoomSolve subscriptions are primarily based on the size of your property portfolio, not the number of normal tenant accounts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your portfolio grows.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your information will remain securely stored. You will need an active subscription to continue using subscription-restricted management functions.
What happens if I exceed my property limit?
RoomSolve will recommend the next suitable subscription plan. Your existing information will not be deleted.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual subscriptions give you 12 months of access for the equivalent price of 10 months.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewal in accordance with the subscription terms. Existing paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Fair use: unusually high-density co-living, hostel, room-rental or commercial operators may be asked to move to the Business, Scale or Enterprise plan based on usage.
